Queries sent to search providers
A name, location, or other phrase entered into a search box can be passed to the independent provider that powers that tool. Fannin County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. Once a query leaves this service, the search partner's privacy notice and data practices govern its handling.
Messages and contact submissions
If a visitor sends an email or other contact message, the contents and reply details are kept so a response can be provided and the exchange can be managed. Those messages are not shared outside the private operating organization unless a valid legal order or other legal requirement calls for disclosure.
Technical Data from a Visit
Like most internet services, page requests can produce ordinary technical records. Depending on the host, analytics settings, and browser, those records may include:
- the visitor's IP address;
- browser name and version;
- device type and operating system;
- pages viewed and the time spent on each;
- the referring site, when one is supplied; and
- request and visit timestamps.
Cookies and similar storage
Cookies or related browser storage may help measure how visitors use the pages, support site functions, or remember a setting. A browser can block or delete cookies. Some features may work differently when that choice is made, and blocking a cookie does not change the privacy rules of a linked search provider.
How Information Is Used
Collected information is used for ordinary operation and service improvement, not to make an official custody or court decision. Those uses can include:
- keeping the Fannin County reference pages available and responsive;
- sending search requests to the partner selected for that tool;
- understanding which pages visitors find useful;
- finding, diagnosing, and correcting technical problems; and
- displaying advertising that may relate to a visitor's interests.
Links Beyond This Service

Who May Receive Data
Personal information is not sold by this service. It may nevertheless be received by the following parties when their role requires it:
- search partners that process a query entered into their tool;
- analytics providers that measure page use;
- advertising networks and related measurement partners; and
- law-enforcement or government bodies acting under a valid legal order or other lawful process.
Security Is a Best Effort
Reasonable, standard security practices are used for the information handled by the private service. No internet-connected system is fully secure, however. Fannin County Busted Mugshots cannot promise that data will never be intercepted, misused, lost, or exposed through a failure outside its control.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent data, a parent or guardian may use the Contacts page to ask for that information to be identified and deleted, subject to any legal or operational record that must be retained.
Choices About Your Data
Subject to applicable law and reasonable identity checks, a visitor may ask about data held by the private service. Available requests include:
- a copy of personal data maintained about the requester;
- correction of inaccurate information;
- deletion of information where retention is not required; and
- an opt-out from certain processing, including some advertising or analytics uses.
Send a rights request through Contacts with enough detail to identify the relevant message or account. A query handled only by a search partner must be addressed to that partner under its own privacy notice.
Changes to This Notice
This notice may be revised when the service, partners, or legal requirements change. A revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the revised practices apply to future use of the service, subject to any rights that cannot be waived.
